Revelations : a series of ink paintings on silk paper. 60 x 90 cm. 37 different works.
Revelations is a work which arises from changes in the point of view during a descent from the Sierra de San Fransico mountain staircase, a record of transition which becomes an ensemble of an atmospheric landscape. This work is reminiscent of the seen, and the evocation of the not seen. It comes from the obsession for the desire to see as an analogy as the seeking of knowledge. The etymology of the word revelation comes from latin, Revelatio, which is the sum of three elements; ( re) backwards , (velum) vail, and (cion) which indicates action and effect.
